Terrific and great hotel with scenic views of the mountain, ideal place for skiing. The very polite and welcoming staff working throughout the venue. Nice building, marvellous location next to Chateau Mont Sainte Anne, including St Anne de Beaupre, and the outside surrounding areas...

The location stunning and beautiful in the mountains. A decent size hotel room with a super bed and private bathroom. The staff - exceptional and outstandingly accommodating.

The location was great and stunning; for example, Panorama Express was at a moderate distance from the hotel. the venue itself was in a relaxing area. - We stayed in a recently renovated room with a private bath and 2 bedrooms.

Pool not operating, had to ask for a discount as we had booked because of the pool. They weren't too happy to have a satisfied customer!

The hotel is terrific and wonderful. the location is particularly good, being so close to the hill for ski in ski out accommodations, skiing, mountain biking, and Beaupré. - It's great that the hotel is just a maximum of 10 minutes walk to the lake.

The room was lovely and the wifi was great I was on a business trip in and out so it was great that way. it was quiet which is what I needed

There was no access to food which was very difficult After a long day of driving it was very inconvenient to have to go out. Even more difficlult was not being able to even have access to tea outside of getting dressed and going to the convention centre when I didn't need to be there until later in the morning.Otherwise it is a beautiful place

This hotel is conveniently located near Quebec City, Le Massif, and St Anne de Beaupre, with friendly and attentive staff always available.

The hotel is very poor, tired with vary worn everything. If you are staying in a gang of skiing party drinkers and want to drink and eat low quality meals and play games machines it is fine. If you want a high quality hotel in a location with plenty to do in the Summer, it is a disaster. We were luckily only there for one night so it was quiet and the sheets were clean. Nothing would get me back there at £120 per night.

The oversall cleanliness of the room, espacially the barthroom (stains on the floor, leaking faucet, noisy fan) The 30+ year old TV set. Modern hotels have flat screen.This hotel would benefit from a major overhaul.

The venue is beautiful with well-kept rooms and good service. the hotel's location is beautiful and the staff are outstandingly accommodating. It's adjacent to the ski mountain and the surrounding outside areas are lovely.

We reported the shower head leaks...also note that a shower cap would have been nice to have. The coffee machine was great once you knew how to use it, but the second day there were no sugar or milk added so we had to go downstairs to get it.

Overall terrific and absolutely great hotel, outstanding meals.

Great location with scenic view of the mountain. Newly decorated room, fairly clean bathroom, accommodating staff. Location short walk to skiing at Mont Sainte Anne, and a spacious restaurant with a good view.

Friendly and super helpful staff who were always there when we needed assistance. the service they offered was top-notch! 🌟
